I have to figure out how to get my Etsy store marketed. I have no clue what I'm doing but I guess its time to learn.

  1. first, go to the forums and ask for people to check out your shop, and heart it, and you will heart them, also try using face book and getting a fan page set up and then use the forums again to get followers, then post on Facebook new items, and sales, and even blog posts you have done. also in the forums you can ask people to critic your shop, which is really helpful, and also post your new blog posts there. the forums is the MAIN way i got my hearts and views. another big way to get yourself out there is to go to other shops, heart things you like, and their shops, and they usually come back to your shop to check it out and heart you back. commenting on and following others blogs (and commenting MEANINGFULLY) is also a great way to show people your blog and shop. i suggest getting an etsy mini (located on your etsy under "your etsy", then scroll down on the far left of that page and you will find "promote" and then "etsy mini" then it will give you options on how you want it to look, then a HTML code to copy and paste. on blogger, you go to "layout" then click on an "add a gadget" link where ever you want it located. usually on the side bar...then it will ask you what you want to add, click on "html /java script" and paste the html code that you copied earlier. then you will have your etsy mini shop on your blog!) lol, i should write a book! but if you need any help just convo me and i will be glad to offer my assistance!
